Brad Hoopes opened National Settlement Services in 1988, and we have served Virginia, Maryland and DC ever since. We are a local, independent, family owned and operated title and escrow company.
We provide title examination, title insurance and settlements for residential, commercial, land and farm properties. More than 30,000 settlements later, we are going strong.

Loretta Colom
Senior Title AgentLoretta is a licensed Virginia Title Insurance Agent and a Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent, and is licensed in Virginia, Maryland and DC. She has extensive experience with local builders, residential sales, refinances and commercial transactions.
Dave Testa
