This website is operated by National Title Insurance Corporation Agency, doing business as National Settlement Services ("NSS," "we," "us"). We are a title and settlement company at 5033 Backlick Rd Suite B, Annandale, VA 22003, serving Virginia, Maryland and DC.
Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to give us through this website:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, message and any file you attach.
- Quote request form: your name, email, phone, role, transaction type, property address, estimated price or loan amount, expected closing date, notes and any contract or document you upload.
- Careers applications: information you submit through our application form, which is hosted by Jotform.
- Qualia quotes and orders: information you enter in the Qualia Connect window, which is provided by Qualia.
- Earnest money (EMD): payment details you enter on our online EMD portal, which is operated by Paymints. We do not collect card or bank details on this website.
Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services we use may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request.
Please do not put Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or other highly sensitive details in our web forms or in the message field. If we need them, we will ask you to send them through a secure channel.

- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives and stores form submissions and uploaded files.
- Qualia, which provides our closing platform and quote widget.
- Jotform, which hosts our careers application form.
- Paymints, which operates our online EMD portal.
- Google, which serves the Inter font used on this site and the map on our Contact page, and provides Google Analytics. Google may receive your IP address when those load.
These providers have their own privacy policies and handle information under their own terms.
Customer Information and Federal Law
When you use our settlement services, the nonpublic personal information we collect about you is covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We provide a separate privacy notice to our customers that explains how we collect, share and protect that information. You can ask for a copy at any time using the contact details below. That notice, rather than this website policy, governs information we collect to provide settlement services.
Virginia Residents
The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) gives Virginia residents certain rights over personal data, including the right to know what is collected, and to ask for access, correction or deletion. The VCDPA does not apply to financial institutions or data that are subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which generally covers the information we handle for settlement services. For other personal information collected through this website, such as a general contact message, you may contact us to ask about it, correct it or request deletion, and we will review your request in line with applicable law.
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, which may set cookies to help us understand how visitors find and use our site, such as which pages are viewed and how much traffic we receive. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, and this website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please use caution with sensitive documents, and call us if you would like to deliver them another way.

Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
