Contract Title & Settlement Sales Representative

Job description

This role is responsible for expanding National Settlement Services' footprint in the local real estate market through continuous sales efforts. Building relationships with realtors to win their trust and business is the primary objective of this role. The hired representative is expected to manage their own sales funnel from end-to-end.

This is a sales/business development role. Prospecting, cold-calling, email campaigns are all essential elements to be successful.

This role is designed to fit around the schedules of applicants who have other time commitments or are not interested in a full time role. There are low obligations for production, and you can work as much or as little as you like. This is ideal for:

Role Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers

  • Develop leads and sales opportunities and follow through with defined sales plan

  • Target title and escrow closing service customers within the local Real Estate and Lending Community

  • Maintain a superior level of customer service by follow-up with customers and communicating with agency staff as needed

  • Interface with internal processing teams to ensure accurate and timely closings for existing clients

  • Conduct refinance and purchase closing for client customers

Requirements

  • 2-5 years proven work experience in a sales function, strong preference for the title/real estate industry

  • Solid understanding of Title and Escrow functions preferred

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Possess or be willing to get your notary commission

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Above average people skills with strong customer support orientation

  • Must be self-directed, possess excellent personal-accountability and thrive in ambiguity

  • High school degree or equivalent experience preferred

Pay

This position is commission driven. We pay best-in-industry uncapped commission percentages to our reps. Our full compensation is discussed in detail during our first interview.
