Congratulations on the sale of your property!

When we initially receive the contract from your realtor, we’ll send you a welcome email. That email will help guide you through what to expect in preparation for your closing. It will also provide you the contact information of the team that will be helping you with your sale.

What We Do

Before Closing

It’s our job to coordinate all parties involved in your sale to prepare the signing package for closing.

  • Review the property in land records to account for all liens or other encumbrances

  • Collect all fees associated with your sale (loan payoffs, realtor fees, HOA dues, pest inspections and many more) and compile them on your final settlement statement

  • Have the new deed prepared

  • Coordinate your closing time and location

  • Coordinate with the buyer and their lender to ensure you close on time

After Closing

After all parties sign the closing documents we will:

  • Record the new deed and any other documents with the relevant county

  • Disburse the funds associated with your sale(Realtor commissions, taxes, the remaining balance on your mortgage, your proceeds, etc.)

  • Send you a digital copy of all of your signed documents to the email you provide
